Nice and tours from Nice – Tour of France, Netherlands and Switzerland: Episode 5
We made a half day tour to Cannes, Antibes and St Paul de Vence.
so we returned to Nice and went to Place Massena. We hired an electric rikshaw for one and half hour sightseeing of Nice. The driver was English speaking and knew Nice really good.
Nice, capital of the Alpes-Maritimes department on the French Riviera is on the shores of the Baie des Anges. Nice is the second-largest French city on the Mediterranean coast. The city’s main seaside promenade, the Promenade des Anglais or “Walkway of the English” was a Gorgeous place.
Cycle took us to different landmarks of Nice such as Promenade, Russian Orthodox church, Oldest school of Nice, Lighthouse converted to church, Port and left us near our hotel.
Next day we took the Viator tour to Eze and the Principality of Monaco.
