Sate Ayam Bumbu Kacang Tanpa Tusuk|Kipsaté Zonder Stok met Pindasaus|Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce
Bahan-bahan :
500 Dada ayam atau paha ayam tanpa tulang
Bahan perendam :
1/2 sdt bwg putih bubuk atau 12 siung bawang putih dihaluskan
1/2 sdt merica buuk atau cabe bubuk atau cabe giling, sesuai selera
1 sdm bawang goreng
80 ml atau nine sdm air
1 sdm saus tiram
1 sdm kikoman
2 1/2 sdm kecap manis, aku pakai merk bango
1 sdm sesame oil
3 sdm atau 180 gr selai kacang atau kacang goreng yg dihaluskan
Langkah2 :
– potong2 dadu/kotak daging ayam, ukuran sesuai selera dan tempatkan di mangkok besar
– aduk semua bahan perendam hingga tercampur dan merata
– tuangkan saus ke dalam mangkok ya berisi ayam, aduk rata dan diamkan selama satu jam
– panaskan wajan dan tuangkan daging yg sudah direndam dgn mix saus
– masak hingga daging matang dan apabila daging sudah matang, Sate Ayam bumbu kacang tanpa tusukpun siap utk disajikaap
– NB : gunakan api sedang

Chicken Satay Skewerless in Peanut Sauce
Ingredients :
500 chicken fillet or chicken thighs
Marinade :
1/2 tsp garlic powder or 12 cloves of crushed garlic
1/2 tsp ground pepper or chili powder or ground chili, according to savor

1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp kikoman
2 1/2 tbsp sweet soy sauce, I utilization Bango brand
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp or 180 gr peanut butter
instructions :
– cut into cubes / squares of chicken filet, size according to savor and place in a large bowl
– Mix all the marinade ingredients until good blended and evenly
– Pour the sauce into the bowl containing the chicken, mix good and let it rest for 45 mnt
– heat the pan and pour the marinated meat with the mixed sauce
– cook until the meat is good done and when the meat is good cooked, The Chicken satay in peanut sauce without a skewer is ready to be served
