UFO Sighting San Diego CA

On December 15th, 2020 just outside the San Diego metro area we were sitting in our vehicle in a parking garage at a Netherlands Casino in the middle of nowhere facing the north. It started out as just a glowing orb that would pulse from dim to bright as hell and disappear so reappear somewhere else along the hillside. This orb was never airborne as far as we could tell. But it moved all around the hilltop down the hillside pulsing with light. After watching it for about 12 to 15 mins, it pulsed a deep red and stayed visible longer than it previously had been with the white colored light. It probably was red for 45 seconds, slowly inching down the hill closer to where the parking garage was. so it disappeared for about 3 or 4 mins and reappeared with a white light again. Shortly After it appeared white following the red it seemed to be retreating not sure why, my guess is that it was getting too close to sunrise and whatever it was would be too vulnerable and visible.

This video clip took place the same morning just after sunrise. I’m positive what is seen in this video is directly related to the orb that was seen prior to daylight.
