-Cms runs from deep into the box
-Constant rotation in attack
-Depay ability to drop deep…confusing opposition defenders and opening spaces for teammates
-Great Aerial presence both in attack and defence

-Can quickly transition from defence to attack even though Possession based
-Wins back the ball effectively out of possession

The bad
-Commits too many players forward at times
-Struggles against the counter attack
-Struggles against players who know how to play through the high press
-Players get fatigued after the 65min
-Too dependent on Depay and Wijnaldum to create and score goals
